House has recently been renovated, kitchen, living room, dining room, big family and/or utility room, large completely fenced yard with fruit trees. Parking for car in yard behind fence. Near main street and minutes from downtown Aguadulce. Nice neighborhood. House is unfurnished. Family will be responsible for utilities.
